Kamer lag naast het spoor, kamer zijn zeer muffig en warm er moest dus echt een raam open wat in combinatie met het spoor geen pretjes was. Twee nachten bijzonder slecht door geslapen

Mooi en modern hotel op loopstand van de bezienswaardigheden van Keulen.

Mij beviel vooral de uitstekende ligging ten opzichte van het centrum van Keulen. Wij waren er met Oud & Nieuw en waren op loopafstand van een restaurant in de Friesenstrasse waar wij hadden gereserveerd. Na een laat ontbijt en laat uitchecken waren we op loopafstand van de Dom en de Hollenzollerbrücke in het centrum. De kamer was prachtig met mooi uitzicht over de stad en de riante badkamer had vloerverwarming. Heerlijk!

Er viel niets tegen.

Het was een prima hotel, maar receptie zou iets hulpvaardiger mogen zijn.

Top locatie, heerlijke bedden en goed ontbijt.

We hebben hier prima overnacht. Het enige is dat we bij aankomst in onze hotelkamer een vies luchtje van de afvoer aantroffen. Dit gemeld en er werd toegezegd dat ernaar gekeken zou worden, want een andere kamer was helaas niet beschikbaar. Helaas kwam er vervolgens ook niemand om ernaar te kijken, dus uiteindelijk zelf het een beetje opgelost door veel water door de afvoer te spoelen en de ramen te openen. Verder prima hotel op loopafstand van de Dom en centraal station.

Ruime kamers met goed bed. Lokatie dicht bij het centrum. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was ruim voldoende.

Het ontbijt was zeer lekker en veel keuze.

Het ontbijt was zeer lekker en veel keuze. De kamers hebben ook alle faciliteiten die nodig zijn.

De wifi is gratis maar zo traag dat het niet echt bruikbaar is. Ik betaal liever voor een goede wifi dan mijn emails amper te kunnen verwerken. Er hing ook een onaangename geur in de kamer, maar dat kan ook door werken in de straat komen. Ik verbleef immers eerder in dit hotel en toen was alles piek fijn in orde.

Uitstekend hotel om het hart van Keulen te bezoeken.

Heel proper. Ontbijt zeker ok. Geen overweldigende keuze.. . maar alles vers en lekker.... Superlekkere broodjes. Helemaal niets op aan te merken. Suggestie: het water gekoeld aanbieden en niet zo snel afruimen (terwijl je nog volop aan het eten bent).

Bar was niet open.... heel jammer. Suggestie: duidelijk de parkings in de buurt benoemen op de website (met prijs).

Was fantastisch, hotel dichtbij het station en het centrum. Keulen een fantastische, grote stad en t

Ontbijt was heerlijk. In- uitchecken vlot en vroeg toegang tot kamer. Bij vertrek koffer veilig in bewaring. De kamer was SUPER!!!. Schoon, ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien, vooral inloopkast was een verrassing. Heerlijke douche. Hotel beslist een aanrader ook voor een volgende keer.

Kamer was aan de drukke doorgaande weg en daardoor veel verkeerslawaai, maar dat hoor je op gegeven ogenblik ook niet meer.

Ontbijt. Is nomaal van 7u tot 10u. We waren daar iets voor 9u en veel was op. Er werd weinig of niets bijgevuld. Chaos in de keuken. Ik vind het niet kunnen dat je bij de incheck reeds al je factuur als betaald meekrijgt.

„Schöner Aufenthalt in einem modernen Hotel mit gutem Service u freundlichem Personal. 1a Lage.

Sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt. Kurzer Weg zB zum Kölner Dom. Man brauchte nicht unbedingt ein Ticket für die S- oder U-Bahn, da man mitten in der Stadt war und fußläufig vieles erreichbar war.

Keine Parkmöglichkeiten beim Hotel.

„Die Lage war, super.

Spärliche Antworten vom Rezeptionspersonal wo man am besten parken könnte. Für ein Komfort Zimmer sind Plastikbecher als Zahnputzbecher wiedersprüchlich. Zimmerservice ging trotz einem Nein ins Zimmer, leerte Papierkorb und wollte Handtücher wechseln. Obgleich wir im Zimmer waren. Ein no Go!!! Frühstücksbüffet war alles andere als reichhaltig! Einfach trifft es eher! Das Nachstellen wurde ohne Rücksicht mit anrempeln am Gast vorbei platziert. Im Eingangsbereich wo keine zehn Meter der Frühstückssaal lag, war steht's die Tür offen an der Gäste rauchen konnten. Man hatte demnach beim Frühstück nicht nur Zug sondern auch Zigarettengeruch. Der beim Essen nicht sein sollte. ( bin selbst Raucher und empfand es als sehr unangenehm)

„Super Hotel mit einer zentralen Lage

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man ist in ein paar Minuten am Kölner Dom,Hauptbahnhof und in der Altstadt. Also alles super per Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und man hat genug Auswahl.

Leider war kein Safe in unseren Zimmer vorhanden.

Das Klimagerät war leider defekt. Bei Betrieb tropfte Wasser auf den Teppich. Wie müssten es ausschalten. Es gab keine Handseife am Waschbecken, der Behälter dafür war herausgebrochen. Bei einem Comfort Zimmer erwarte ich Anderes.

„Zentrales Hotel, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen

Zentrale Lage. Altstadt usw. fussläufig zu erreichen. Freundliches Personal und sauber.Für eine Übernachtung im Rahmen einer beruflichen Veranstaltung völlig in Ordnung. Frühstück war gut.

Sehr laut durch Bahnhof und Hauptverkehrsstraßen Nähe. Sehr warmes Zimmer, dass nur durch den bereit stehenden Ventilator gekühlt werden konnte.

as fotos mostradas no booking.co páramo quarto de casal padrão não coincidem com a realidade. são mostradas várias fotos de quartos novos no booking mas o quarto padrão é velho, com banheiro antigo, muito pequeno, e o ar condicionado não funciona. deveriam deixar claro que as fotos boas são só dos quartos dados "superiores". um hotel deveria ser reformado por inteiro e não deixar quartos velhos sem reforma, me senti enganado. também tem muito barulho das linhas de trem. não recomendo.
